The Spijkenisse-SPARK Marathon was run under good conditions. Only a little rain and not very windy. We had therefore very good results with thirteen persons within three hours!
On this marathon there were about 85 runners from abroad, 53 of them from Belgium.
The winner is David Hemstede from Vught in 2:42:10 and Elsemieke de Vos was the first lady in 3:03:00 hours, a new race record.
